What We Do

  The firm is headed by Professor James P. Chandler, Emeritus Professor of Law at the George Washington University.  Professor Chandler has been an intellectual property scholar for more than 20 years and has delivered hundreds of lectures, speeches, and papers on the topic.  He is also the author of numerous articles on intellectual property and author of the Treatise on Patent Law Jurisprudence which is available online.  Staff members include previous service as prosecutor, trial judge and successful trial lawyers . The firm has fluency in several languages including Chinese, French, and Spanish.  The firm is wise from its years of public service at all levels of business, government and legal profession.
